Write to the office
Write when you want to ask about a place in a vehicle consortium group, or when a page needs a correction. The office reads the mailbox [email protected]. This page does not start a live chat and it does not take a payment.
Use the request form or write to [email protected]. The form opens a draft in your own email application. Review the recipient and the text, then send the message from that application. Opening the draft is not proof that the office has it.
Say which page you were reading and what you want to know. A useful note names the kind of use, such as a car or a light commercial vehicle, and the question itself. Leave out passwords, full card numbers, and copies of identity documents. If a later step needs a document, the office will ask for it and will name the reason.
The legal name, the tax identifier, and the registered address are on the About page. The street line is also in the footer. There is no separate telephone on this website. Do not invent one from an old directory and assume it reaches this desk.
A note sent from this page does not reserve a visit, open a quota, or bind a group. If timing matters, say so, and wait for a written reply before you rely on a date.
