Legal notice
Read this notice with the pages it describes. It limits how the group explanation, the trading name, and the absence of a stock list should be used. It does not remove a right that applies to a statement the company actually makes in a contract.
1. An explanation, not a credit decision
The pages describe how a consortium administrator talks about groups so a reader can decide whether to ask a question. They do not approve credit, calculate a bid, or tell you that a draw will favor you. They are not a bank and they are not an emergency channel. If you need advice about a debt you already have, use a qualified adviser and the papers of that debt. Filling in the form is not the start of a plan and it is not a refusal either. It is a way to write to the office.
2. The trading name is not a manufacturer relationship
Na Honda is the public name of the registered company that operates this website. The fantasy name on the company record refers to multi-brand consortium work. It is not a license, a dealership appointment, or an endorsement from Honda Motor Co. A reader should not expect manufacturer warranty support, parts, or a factory incentive from these pages. Questions that belong to a manufacturer should go to that manufacturer. Questions about a group administered by this company should go to [email protected].
3. No catalog and no hidden stock
The site does not publish a list of cars or light commercial vehicles, new or used. It does not publish prices, mileage, or availability. The lack of a catalog is not a temporary stock-out. The pages were written as a company explanation, not as a classifieds board. A photograph is not used as proof of a unit in a yard. If you need to know whether a conversation can concern a particular kind of vehicle, ask in the message and wait for a written answer. Do not travel on the strength of this notice.
4. The registration date is a record, not a slogan
The public company record shows a registration date of 1 November 2007. The site may state that date so you can match the operator to the record. The date is not a claim of awards, of a number of groups administered, or of a satisfaction score. The site does not publish testimonials, client counts, or contemplation rates. Those figures would be a different document, and they are not offered here. Age of the registration does not by itself describe the terms of a group you might join later.
5. Diagrams on the page
The home page uses a ruled layout and a small geometric mark drawn in the page itself. They are there to separate the explanation from a catalog. They are not a picture of an office interior, a yard, or a vehicle. Do not treat the color olive, the wordmark, or the table of topics as a certification seal. The only identity block with the legal name, the tax identifier, and the registered address is the company card on the About page, repeated as the street line in the footer.
6. How this notice fits with the other documents
The privacy policy explains the email draft. The terms explain that group rules live in a later contract and that the site takes no payment. The refund policy explains that a return depends on a payment that this site does not take. This notice explains the limit of the trading name and of the missing catalog. None of them removes a mandatory right. Questions go to [email protected] or to the Contact page.
