What happens next

• The form opens your own email application with a draft. Review the recipient and the details, then send the message from that application.
• Opening the draft does not confirm that the office has received the note. Keep a copy if the question is time-sensitive.
• Do not include passwords or full card details. If a document is needed later, the office will name the reason first.
