Terms of use
These terms explain how to use the Na Honda website at nahondausa.online. They cover the published explanation of multi-brand vehicle consortium groups and the enquiry form. They do not admit you to a group, sell a vehicle, or replace a contract the company may offer later in writing.
1. The operator and the scope of these terms
The operator is BIACHI E DA SILVA LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company identified on the About page. Na Honda is the public name used on this site. These terms govern browsing and enquiries made through the site. A later written proposal or consortium contract has its own parties and conditions. If those papers conflict with a sentence on the website, the later signed paper controls that transaction, without taking away a right that the law keeps. Reading the site is free of charge and does not create a membership.
2. What the pages are offering
The home page and the group page describe administration of consortium groups for cars and light commercial vehicles. They describe, in general language, a group of participants, a monthly contribution, and a credit that the group rules can award by draw or by bid. Those sentences are an explanation of the kind of work, so you can decide whether to ask a question. They are not a promise that a group is open today, that a particular credit amount exists, or that a named vehicle will be delivered.
3. Group rules are not published as your contract
A real consortium group runs on a contract, an assembly calendar, and rules about contemplation, bids, late payments, and cancellation. Those rules are not reproduced on this website, because publishing a generic sketch would look like your contract when it is not. If you want the rules that would apply to a place you might take, ask for them in writing and read them before you sign. The website will not pretend that a paragraph here is that document. Numbers, percentages, and deadlines belong in the paper the company gives you, not in a page that has no form for payment.
4. No vehicle is listed for sale
The company record includes vehicle trade among its registered activities. This website does not use that fact as a showroom. You will not find a stock list, a model year, a mileage, a photograph of a car held for sale, or a price. A reference the operator once viewed on a classifieds site is not inventory of this company and is not published here. If a later conversation concerns a vehicle, the vehicle has to be identified in that conversation. Nothing on these pages is an offer to sell a named unit.
5. The trading name
The public company record carries a fantasy name that this site shortens to Na Honda. The About page states the point of that name in a short note. The name does not make the site a dealer, a licensed outlet, or an advertising page of Honda Motor Co. Do not read a color, a wordmark, or a sentence as a manufacturer warranty. Warranty, recall, and parts questions for a vehicle you already own belong with the seller or the manufacturer of that vehicle, under the papers you already have.
6. Enquiries are not a place in a group
Sending an email, or opening a draft, does not reserve a quota, start a contribution, or create a duty to admit anyone. The company may be unable to answer, may answer with questions, or may say that a group is not open. Do not stop another purchase or another contract because a form was filled in. If a place is offered later, the offer will say so in a message or a paper that is not this website. Keep a copy of what you send. The form does not generate a protocol number.
7. Acceptable use of the pages
Use the site to read the published explanation and to ask a genuine question about that work. Do not attempt to break the pages, probe the mailbox, or send malware. Do not present yourself as another person or as the company. Do not submit information you have no right to send. Ordinary reading, accessibility tools, and a real enquiry are allowed. You may print a page for your own reading. Do not copy the pages onto another commercial site and present them as yours.
8. No payment on this website
There is no cart, no card form, and no invoice on nahondausa.online. A button that says ask, contact, or request opens another page of this site or your email draft. Do not send card numbers, bank passwords, or one-time codes in the message. Any contribution, bid, or fee for a later group is agreed outside this website, in the currency and on the terms stated in that separate agreement. The absence of a price on the page is deliberate. The site is not waiting to reveal a hidden checkout.
9. Availability, mistakes, and corrections
Pages can be unreachable during hosting or network trouble. A sentence can be outdated. If an explanation looks inconsistent with a contract you were actually given, the contract is the document to follow and you should ask the company to correct the page. The company does not waive a consumer right by publishing a correction. Cached copies and search snippets can show an older line. Use the live page and the date on the legal text when you need the current wording.
10. Changes, contact, and complaints
The date on each legal page is the version then published. A change to the website does not rewrite an email already sent or a contract already signed. Questions about these terms go to the Contact page or to [email protected]. You keep any complaint route the law gives you. Contacting the company is optional and does not replace that route. The privacy policy, the refund policy, and the legal notice are part of the same set and should be read with these terms.
